How does corporate coffee catering pricing work?
We price by headcount, service hours and menu, and send a written quote within 24 hours of your request. Recurring bookings and multi-day conferences get a custom rate.
Can you brand the cart with our logo?
Yes. We offer logo-branded cart wraps, cups and sleeves, plus custom menus with drinks named for your company or campaign.
How many people can you serve?
One barista serves about 40 to 60 drinks an hour. For big teams we add baristas and a second machine so everyone is served inside the window you set.
What do you need from our office or venue?
A standard 120V outlet and roughly a 6 by 8 foot space. The cart fits through standard doorways and elevators and does not need water hookups.
Do you provide invoices and insurance certificates?
Yes. We invoice like any vendor and can provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 for your accounts payable team.
