How much does it cost to hire a barista?
Pricing depends on your guest count, the number of service hours and the drink menu. Tell us those three things in the quote form and you will have a custom quote within 24 hours.
Do I need to provide an espresso machine or supplies?
No. Everything is included: the commercial espresso machine, grinder, cart, beans, milks, syrups, cups and lids. We only need a standard 120V outlet and about a 6 by 8 foot footprint.
How many guests can one barista serve?
One barista comfortably serves roughly 40 to 60 drinks an hour. For larger crowds we add a second barista so nobody waits long.
Can you hire a barista for a wedding?
Yes. Wedding receptions, cocktail hours, morning-of bridal suites, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners are some of our most requested bookings across Nebraska and Iowa.
Is this a coffee truck?
No. We are a mobile coffee cart with a barista, which means we set up indoors or outdoors right where your guests are, with no parking, generator or weather concerns.
