Question 1

What's included in your coffee catering service?

Accepted Answer

Our coffee catering service includes a professional barista, our signature mobile coffee cart, commercial-grade espresso equipment, premium locally roasted coffee beans, all necessary supplies (cups, lids, napkins, stirrers), and a curated menu of espresso-based drinks. We handle setup, service, and cleanup so you can focus on your event.

Question 2

How many drinks can you serve in an hour?

Accepted Answer

Our skilled baristas can serve approximately 60-70 handcrafted drinks per hour, depending on the complexity of the menu. For larger events, we can add additional baristas and equipment to increase capacity and ensure your guests aren't waiting in long lines.

Question 3

How much does it cost to book you?

Accepted Answer

Pricing varies based on event duration, guest count, location, and menu selection. Our packages typically start at $850 for smaller gatherings. We provide custom quotes for each event to ensure you get exactly what you need. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your specific event.

Question 4

What is needed from the venue?

Accepted Answer

We require access to a standard 120V electrical outlet within 25 feet of our setup location, and a flat surface area of approximately 6x4 feet for our cart. We bring our own water supply, so no plumbing access is needed. Indoor and outdoor setups are both possible.

Question 5

Can you customize the drink menu for our event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We love creating custom menus that match your event theme or brand. Whether you want signature drinks with custom names, specific flavor profiles, or branded cups, we can accommodate your vision. We also offer seasonal specialties and can work with you to create something truly unique.

Question 6

Do you offer non-coffee options?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We understand not everyone drinks coffee. Our menu includes a variety of non-coffee options such as hot chocolate, chai lattes, matcha lattes, steamers (flavored steamed milk), and Italian sodas. We can also provide tea options upon request.

Question 7

Can I rent a coffee bar for my wedding or party?

Accepted Answer

Yes — booking us is a full-service coffee bar rental. Unlike renting bare equipment you have to run yourself, our package includes a professional barista, the espresso cart and machine, premium coffee, the full menu, and setup and cleanup. You just tell us the date and guest count and we handle everything. It's a popular choice for weddings, birthday and graduation parties, showers, and holiday gatherings across the Omaha area.

Question 8

Are you a coffee truck or a coffee cart?

Accepted Answer

We're a mobile coffee cart and espresso bar — not a coffee truck or trailer. That's an advantage for most events: our compact cart sets up right where your guests are, indoors or outdoors, and runs on a standard 120V outlet with no parking, loading zone, or generator required. Your barista serves face-to-face from the cart for a more personal experience. If you searched for a 'coffee truck' or 'traveling barista' in Omaha, a mobile coffee cart is what most weddings, offices, and conferences are looking for.
