What is the difference between an espresso bar and a coffee cart?
Our coffee cart is an espresso bar. The cart carries a commercial espresso machine and grinder, so every drink starts with a freshly pulled shot rather than batch-brewed coffee. We also offer drip coffee and cold brew for guests who prefer them.
What drinks can the espresso bar serve?
Espresso, americanos, lattes, cappuccinos, iced lattes, cold brew, drip coffee and matcha, with whole or oat milk and house-made syrups. We can build a custom menu of signature drinks for your event.
What does the espresso bar need from the venue?
A standard 120V outlet and roughly a 6 by 8 foot space. The cart works indoors or outdoors and does not need water hookups or a generator.
How many drinks can the espresso bar make per hour?
One barista serves about 40 to 60 drinks per hour. For bigger events we add a barista and, when needed, a second machine.
Do you serve outside Omaha?
Yes. We cater espresso bars across Nebraska and western Iowa, including Lincoln, Kearney, Grand Island, Council Bluffs, Des Moines and Sioux City.
