Our mobile coffee bar arrives with a trained barista, a commercial espresso machine, locally roasted beans, whole and oat milk, house-made syrups and all the cups and lids. Is the coffee bar rental staffed?
Yes. Every rental includes a trained barista who sets up, serves and tears down. We do not rent unstaffed equipment.
How much space does the coffee station need?
About a 6 by 8 foot area and one standard 120V outlet. The cart fits through standard doors and works indoors or outdoors.
Can we choose the drink menu?
Absolutely. Most clients pick a mix of hot and iced espresso drinks, drip and cold brew, and we can add signature drinks or a matcha option for non-coffee drinkers.
How far in advance should we book a coffee bar?
Popular Saturday dates book out weeks in advance, especially in wedding season. Weekday corporate bookings are often available on shorter notice. Send the quote form and we will confirm availability within 24 hours.
